股骨头坏死介入治疗及临床分析(附138例报告)

Clinical analysis of 138 cases of femoral head necrosis treated with interventional therapy

目的探讨138例经旋股内外动脉插管灌注治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗效果。方法采用Seldinger's超选择穿刺灌注溶通术,对138例不同原因引起的股骨头缺血性坏死患者经旋股内、外动脉及闭孔动脉灌注溶通药物。结果经介入治疗后138例患者髋关节疼痛及关节功能障碍均有不同程度的缓解或消失,治疗后1年影像学复查坏死骨质均有不同程度的吸收,新骨形成及修复。结论局部溶栓与扩张血管药联合使用,可显著改善临床症状,说明此法治疗对股骨头血流供应起到了改善作用。

Objective To summarise the treatment on 138 cases by internal and external femoral artery perfusion treatment of avascular necrosis. Methods Using seldinger＇s Super Select puncture perfusion solution through surgery,we gave drogs to 138 patients with avascular necrosis of different causes through femoral internal and external obturator artery and arterial perfusion after the interventional treatment. Results After interventional treatment,the 138 patients of hip pain and joint dysfunction ease or disappeed in varying degrees,through the imaging review,all the bone necrosis had absorbed,new bone formed and repaired after1 year. Conclusion The treatment can improve the in clinical symptoms significantly.
