基于专业认证的应用型本科院校人才培养模式探析——以湖南人文科技学院网络工程专业为例

Research on the Applied Talent Cultivation Mode in Colleges and Universities Based on Professional Accreditation,Taking Network Engineering Specialty as an Example

工程教育专业认证作为一种行业主导的专业教育质量评价方法,对于引导应用型人才培养的改革和质量保障提供了一种可靠而有效的办法,而现有的大多数应用型本科院校的人才培养模式并不符合专业认证的要求。以湖南人文科技学院网络工程专业为例,基于专业认证的应用型本科院校人才培养模式应与产业界合作,共同确定应用型人才培养目标;通过产教融合,构建科学的人才培养课程体系;深化人才培养过程的改革,探索多样化的人才培养手段;构建多元化的人才培养评价体系。

The industry-led professional accreditation for engineering education evaluates the quality of the education. The evaluation proves reliable and effective in guiding the reform of applied talent cultivation and guarantying its quality. However,the talent cultivation mode adopted by most of the application-oriented colleges and universities fail to meet the requirements of the accreditation. Taking the Network Engineering Specialty of Hunan University of Humanities,Science and Technology as an example,the author of this paper proposes that 1） application-oriented colleges and universities cooperate with the industry in order to set up the objective of talent cultivation,2） teaching and production be integrated in order to establish proper curriculum for talent cultivation,3）the talent cultivation process be further reformed in order to have diversified means of talent cultivation,4） the multi-dimensional evaluation system be built.
