提高研究生思想教育有效性的多维思考

Multidimensional Thinking on Improving the Effectiveness of Postgraduates' Ideological Education

研究生思想教育在我国思想教育体系中占据着重要的地位。加强研究生思想教育,提高研究生的整体思想素质,已经成为新时期高校思想教育的一个新课题。与本科生思想教育不同,研究生的思想教育具有其独特性。为了提高研究生思想教育的有效性,可以尝试从以下几个方面进行努力:创造一个自由平等的交流与对话环境;强化导师在研究生思想教育中所扮演的角色;进一步规范与加强研究生的党建工作;借助于网络来提升研究生的思想教育。

The ideological education of postgraduates is of great importance in China＇s ideological education. Colleges and universities in the new era are presented a new challenge to make postgraduates more ideologically qualified. Unlike the ideological education of undergraduates,that of postgraduates has its unique characteristics. To provide more effective ideological education in postgraduate schools,we need to put efforts into 1） creating an environment where free exchange of ideas is possible,2） strengthening the role of the tutors of the postgraduates＇,3） further regulating and enhancing the Party work among the postgraduates,4） taking advantage of internet to promote the ideological education.
