新媒体丰富了高校档案的载体和传播形式,拓宽了高校档案的空间,给高校档案注入了新的活力,为档案馆提供了展示自我的大舞台。同时,新媒体也给高校档案管理带来了挑战,如,档案的文化引领和教育功能被削弱,档案管理的方式和手段、服务模式和档案队伍都面临着新的挑战。在新媒体环境下,高校档案工作应从以下几方面着力:转变观念,树立新媒体档案观;建立数字档案馆,加强档案的现代化管理;重视与用户的交流与互动,积极探索新媒体环境下档案传播的新途径;打造一支综合素质高的档案队伍,提高驾驭新媒体的能力;注重档案的编研工作,开发适合新媒体环境下的档案产品;提高品牌意识,重视档案的个性与特色发展。

With the appearance of new media,more carriers and more ways of communication become available to archives of colleges and universities. The new media means to archives management more space,new energy,and a bigger stage for the archives to display themselves. Meanwhile,the new media presents challenges. The functions of archives to guide the development of culture and education begin to be weakened. And the method and means of archives management,pattern of service,and team construction management are also facing challenges. To adapt college and university archives management to the new media,we need to put efforts into 1） establishing the concept of new media archives,2） building digital archives to modernize the management,3） increasing communication with users to better disseminate archive information,4） creating a team of excellence to manage the new media,5） developing new media-oriented archives products through more investment in archives compiling and studying,6） enhancing brand awareness so that the archives have more distinguishing personality and characteristics.
