盐酸法浸取硼泥制备精制氯化镁的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以盐酸浸取硼泥实验为基础,研究了浸取过程中的试验条件,最终确定一套经济合理的实验方案。首先,通过X荧光光谱分析对硼泥的化学成分进行了定量定性分析,明确了其中各种氧化物的成分;其次,研究了盐酸用量(30、40、50、60、70mL)、酸浸温度(50、60、70、80、90、100℃)、酸浸时间(15、25、35、45、55min)对硼泥中氧化镁浸出率的影响。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为1∶1的盐酸加入量为50mL、酸浸时间为35min、反应的温度为80℃,这种生产工艺的效率最高,氧化镁的溶出率达到了96.07%。 In this paper,magnesium oxide was prepared from boron sludge by based on the experiment of hydrochloric acid leaching method.of boron sludge,Tthe experimental conditions test conditions of the leaching process were optimized studied,and a set of economic and reasonable leaching techniqual process experimental plan was finally developed determined.Magnesium oxide was extracted from boron sludge by via Hydrochloric acid leaching method.Firstly,spectroscopy for the chemical composition including various oxides in boron mud were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed and chemical composition were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence,clear ingredients which various oxides.Then Secondly,which effect the leaching experimental conditions for rate of magnesium oxide,such as amount of hydrochloric acid(30、40、50、60、70mL),leaching temperature(50、60、70、80、90、100℃),and leaching time(15、25、35、45、55min)were optimized investigated.The results indicated that The optimum conditions for leaching magnesium oxide from boron sludge were as shown as follows:amount of HCl(1∶1)amount 50 mL,leaching time 35 min,leaching temperature 80℃.Under these conditions,the highest leaching efficiency was can be obtained with,and the leaching rate of was 96.07%.
