肝主疏泄与情绪加工的神经机制初探

Discussion on the Relation Between Liver Governing Smoothing,Discharging and the Neural Mechanism of Emotional Processing

"肝主疏泄"标志着情绪加工的性质、症状的轻重、机体的状态、体现着机体内相关内分泌系统、免疫系统以及中枢神经系统等多系统联动的动态变化过程。"肝失疏泄"作为情绪加工中存在的病机,有其独特的"有诸外必有诸内"的客观化反应。研究工作需要从中医理论形成的自身规律、疾病变化特征等寻找切入点,探讨"肝主疏泄"证候表征的研究思路。同时"肝主疏泄"是中医理论体系中的一个重要组成部分,是以人体五脏络脉系统为基础的调节网络病变的概括,其蕴藏着深刻的理论内涵、不仅能够阐明许多过去未曾解释情志疾病的生理病理现象,而且还可能为未来进一步防治多种情志疾病提供新手段、新思路。

＂ Liver governing smoothing and discharging＂ indicates the character of emotional processing,the severity of symptom,the body state and embodies the dynamic change process interaction of multi system inside the body,which includes endocrine system,immune system and central nervous system（ CNS）. Liver failed to govern smoothing and discharging,which was seemed as the pathogenesis of emotional processing in the. It was an objective response of ＂ from outside to know inside＂. Research work needs from the formation rule and change characteristics of TCM theory to find breakthrough point to discuss the research ideas of ＂ liver governing smoothing and discharging＂. At the same time ＂ liver governing smoothing and discharging＂ is an important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）,which based on the five internal organs-meridian system as regulatory network lesions in general. It contains a profound theoretical connotation,not only to elucidate many unexplained physiological disease of emotional diseases phenomenon in the past,but also may provide new ideas and methods for future prevention and treatment of different emotional diseases.
