摘要
自然资源与地理空间数据库是电子政务建设的4大重要基础信息库之一,它是一个多层次、综合性的空间信息与属性信息集成的数据库。从省级层面研究探讨了省级自然资源与地理空间数据库(以下简称"信息库")建设的相关理论与技术问题,分析了浙江省信息库建设的现状和难点,并提出了建设的总体设计思路。重点阐述了信息库的建设内容、总体建设思路,并对信息库今后的数据更新、运维等问题提出了建议和期望。
Natural resources and geographical spatial database is one of the four important basic information database of egovernment construction,and is a multi-level and comprehensive database of spatial information and attribute information.Begins with the provincial-level discussion on the related theoretical and technical issues of the construction of provincial natural resources and geospatial database（hereinafter referred to as ＂PNRGD＂）,it analyzes the current situation and difficulties of building Zhejiang PNRGD and puts forward the overall design ideas of construction.
