师范生教育实习中的利益相关者研究

Research on the Stakeholders in the Education Practice of the Normal Students

师范教育是多个利益成员参与的集体活动,利益相关者理论能够为此提供一个有效的分析框架。影响师范生教育实习效果的主要利益相关者包括就读高校、大学实习指导教师、实习单位、合作教师和中小学生。为促进主要利益相关者形成一种凝聚力,帮助师范生更好地度过职业生涯的"虚拟"阶段,可以从五个方面协调与均衡彼此之间的多元利益关系:就读高校的制度保障,大学实习指导教师的合理选配,实习单位的参与支持,合作教师的主动指导,师范生的实习投入。

Normal students training programs are activities participated in by members with interests,and stakeholder theory enables us to provide an effective framework for this analysis. The major stakeholders influencing the effect of normal students＇ education practice include： college attendance,university supervisors,internship companies,cooperation between teachers and students. In order to promote the main stakeholders to form a cohesive force,help normal students better go through the＂virtual＂ stage of career,this paper suggests cooperating and balancing these five groups from the following aspects： security system at attended university,supervisor selection,support from internship companies,supervision from selected supervisors and input of normal student interns.
