高校辅导员思想政治教育工作问题及对策研究

The Research and Countermeasures of College Counselors' Ideological and Political Education Work

高校辅导员是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是高等学校从事德育工作、开展大学生思想政治教育的主体和骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的"政治领路人"。当前,中国高校辅导员在开展思想政治教育工作中取得了一些成绩,也暴露出一些问题:部分辅导员思想政治素质较低、工作准备和能力不足,以及思想政治工作具体开展方面存在教育观念落后、教育手段陈旧等问题。究其原因,主要有成长背景的影响、队伍建设现状的影响、辅导员理论储备不足、工作经验匮乏,等等。针对这些问题,应从社会、高校、辅导员和上级主管部门四方面采取有效的对策,以有效提升高校辅导员思想政治教育工作的实效性,促进大学生的健康成长。

Counselors is an important part of teaching staff in colleges and universities,and they are the main source of moral education in higher education higher school,they also provide ideological and political guidance for college students. At present,although counselors have made some achievements in ideological and political education,they have revealed some problems too： unqualified ideological and political knowledge,lack of preparation,lack of capability,also their education attitude and method are out of date and so on. In order to solve these problems,countermeasure needs to include four aspects： society,colleges and universities,counselors and management team,then there will be improvement in the quality of ideological and political education in higher education and promotion for college students＇ self-development.
