天津港“8·12”爆炸成批烧伤伤员救治总结

Summary of the treatment in mass burn wounded in “8·12 ”Tianjin port explosion

本文对天津港"8·12"爆炸事故中31名烧伤伤员的早期救护、休克期个体化补液复苏治疗、创面早期处理、脏器功能维护及营养支持等综合治疗及疗效进行分析,总结了化学品爆炸成批烧伤救治的经验。结果发现有效的早期急救、正确的个体化补液复苏治疗、有计划的早期创面切削痂植皮和脏器功能维护是救治成批烧伤伤员的关键。

This article analyzes the comprehensive treatment and curative effect of 31 cases of burn patient′s early rescue in the “8 ＆#183; 12” Tianjin port explosion, individualized treatment of the fluid resuscitation for shock resuscitation, early wound treatment, organ function support and nutritional support and summarizes the experience of treatment of mass burn patients of chemical explosion. The results show that effective emergency treatment, correct individualized fluid resuscitation treatment, planned early wound excision and skin grafting and organ function maintenance are the key to the treatment of the batch bulk burn patients.
