摘要 灾害性成批烧伤社会影响巨大,其处理既是医疗问题也是社会问题。需要针对伤员的早期救治、分流转诊及综合治疗等情况制定分流和救治策略,并完善国家和地区的灾害性烧伤应急预案。从而高效、有序地应对灾害性成批烧伤。 Disastrous mass burn has great social influence. The resolution of this disaster is a medical issue and a social issue as well. It is crucial to establish triage, tiered system and treatment strategy focusing on early management, triage and comprehensive treatment of burn injured victims. Further more, regional and national disastrous burn contingency plan is also needed. The combination of all things above makes an efficient and well organized response to disastrous mass burn possible.
