快速康复外科护理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用

Application of FTS nursing in patients with femoral neck fracture

目的:探讨快速康复外科(FTS)护理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:将48例股骨颈骨折患者随机分为FTS护理组和常规护理组各24例,观察比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、住院天数、并发症发生率及术后Harris评分情况。结果:术后随访3个月,FTS护理组平均住院时间短于常规护理组(P<0.05)、出院时疼痛程度轻于常规护理组(P<0.05)、术后并发症发生率低于常规护理组(P<0.05)、Harris评分高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论:将FTS护理应用于股骨颈骨折患者,可减轻患者疼痛程度,缩短住院时间,促进患者康复。

Objective： To investigate the effect of fast track surgery（ FTS） nursing in the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods： 48 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into the FTS nursing group and the routine nursing group（ 24 cases in each group）. The degree of postoperative pain,hospitalization days,the incidence of complications and postoperative Harris score were observed and compared between the two groups. Results： After 3 months of postoperative follow- up,the average hospitalization time was shorter in the FTS nursing group than the routine nursing group（ P〈0. 05）; the degree of postoperative pain at discharge was milder in the FTS nursing group than the routine nursing group（ P〈0. 05）; the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the FTS nursing group than the routine nursing group（ P〈0. 05）; Harris score was higher than the routine nursing group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Application of FTS nursing in the treatment of patients with femoral neck fracture can reduce the degree of postoperative pain,shorten the hospitalization time and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
