渐进式放松疗法对肛肠疾病患者术后疼痛的影响

Effect of progressive relaxation therapy on the postoperative pain of patients with anorectal disease

目的:探讨渐进式放松疗法对肛肠疾病患者术后疼痛的影响。方法:采用方便抽样法将240例肛肠疾病患者分为观察组和对照组各120例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受常规护理和渐进式放松训练,采用视觉模拟评分尺(VAS)评分和口述评定法评定患者疼痛程度。结果:观察组术后24、72 h疼痛程度明显减轻,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:渐进式放松疗法应用于肛肠疾病术后患者,镇痛效果良好,安全可靠。

Objective： To investigate the effect of progressive relaxation therapy on the postoperative pain of patients with anorectal disease. Methods： 240 patients with anorectal disease were divided into the observation group and the control group（ 120 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group received the routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group received both routine nursing care and progressive relaxation therapy,the visual analogue scale（ VAS） and oral assessment method were used to evaluate the degree of pain of the patients. Results： The degree of pain of the patients in the observation group significantly reduced respectively in 24 and72 hours after operation and the difference was statistically significant compared with that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Application of the progressive relaxation therapy in postoperative patients with anorectal diseases has good analgesic effect and the therapy is safe and reliable.
