摘要
【摘要】近年来,浙江省人民医院积极探索完善医疗服务的新方式,在优化就医流程、完善配套服务、改善就医环境等方面创造性地推出了一系列新举措,在提高医疗服务质量、提升患者满意度的同时为新医改形势下大型公立医院管理积累了新的经验。
In recent years, Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital creatively launched a series of new initiatives to optimize the medical treatment process, improve the supporting services and ameliorate the medical environment. Due to these initiatives, the quality of medical services and the patient satisfaction are improved, and public hospital management experience under new medical reform is also accumulated.
