颈外静脉留置针在心外科病房中的应用

The application of external carotid venous indwelling needles in cardiac surgery ward

【摘要】目的探讨颈外静脉留置针在心外科病房的应用效果。方法将220例心外科病人随机分为观察组和对照组各110例，对照组采用前臂肘正中静脉留置针，观察组采用颈外静脉留置针，比较两组首次穿刺成功率及药物外渗、脱管、堵管发生率。结果两组首次穿刺成功率及药物外渗、脱管、堵管发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论临床护理观察应用，心脏外科病房应用颈外静脉留置针可减少穿刺次数，降低药液外渗、脱管、堵管发生率，及时迅速的给药，提高护理工作效率，值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical results of external jugular vein indwelling needle used in cardiac surgery ward. Methods 220 patients in cardiac surgery ward were randomly divided into experimental group（110） and con- trol group（110）. The patients in control group underwent elbow median vein indwelling needle implanted, the patients in experimental group underwent external jugular vein indwelling needle implanted. Initial puncture success rate, the rate of drug extravasation, pipe cal differences in initial failing off and pipe blockage,were compared between the two groups. Results There were statisti- puncture success rate, the rate of drug extravasation, pipe falling off and pipe blockage （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion External jugular vein indwelling needle used in cardiac surgery could reduce the puncture times, the rate of drug extravasation, pipe falling off and pipe blockage. The drugs could be administered timely and rapidly. The efficiency of nursing service was improved. This method deserves clinical application.
