3D腹腔镜在普外科的应用进展

摘要 【摘要】1987年,腹腔镜胆囊切除术的实施开启了微创外科新纪元。近年来,随着科技的发展与设备的改进,3D腹腔镜已在普外科手术领域中推广普及。3D腹腔镜能提供三维立体感知,可实现精确操作,降低手术难度。本文就3D腹腔镜系统在普通外科手术中的具体运用,分析3D腹腔镜系统对比传统腔镜技术的优势,并对当前普通外科应用的情况做一综述。 From 1987, a new epoch of modem surgery was coming with the development of laparoscopic cholecys- tectomy. In recent years,with the development of technology and improvement of equipment, 3D laparoscopy has been widely used in general surgery. 3D laparoscopy provides 3,dimensional perception and precise operation, to simplify the difficult surgeries. This paper reviewed the applications of 3-dimensional system in general surgery and analyzed the technical advantages of this system, compared with conventional laparoscopic surgery.
