摘要
目的运用医院管理工具Kaiser模型对成都市某民营医院应急管理进行评估分析,以提高医院应急管理水平。方法以该院42名中层管理人员(医、护、技、行政管理)为调查对象,通过Kaiser模型设计问卷进行调查,并进行统计分析。结果目前该院应急管理面临的危险事件前五位排序依次为暴力性医疗纠纷(53.55%)、突发公共卫生事件(35.93%)、暴恐事件(35.73%)、电梯故障(33.06%)、停电(32.37%)。结论该院根据本次调查结果及时修订已有的应急预案,同时对应急预案进行模拟演练,并进行原因分析、持续改进,不断提高医院应急管理能力。
Objective To use hospital lean management tool on evaluating the emergency management for improving the level of its management. Methods Forty-two middle management staff members(doctors, nurses, technicians and administrative management staff) in the hospital were selected as survey objectives, conducted the survey by the questionnaires based Kaiser model, and made statistical analysis. Results At present, the former five hazardous events which hospital emergency management faces were violent medical disputes(53.55%), public health emergencies(35.93%), violent terrorist event(35.73%) elevator fault(33.06%), power failure(32.37%), etc. ConclusionsAccording to survey results, the contingency plan had been revised by the hospital timely, while simulated rehearsal for contingency plans, and conducted cause analysis and continuous improvement, for continuous improvement of the hospital emergency management capabilities.
