内镜黏膜下剥离术联合超声内镜诊疗直肠类癌15例

15 cases of endoscopic submucosal sissection combined with endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of rectal carcinoid tumors

随着新诊疗技术的发展,内镜黏膜下剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection,ESD)联合超声内镜在临床诊疗直肠类癌中逐渐得以应用。笔者系统回顾了15例行超声内镜检查并接受ESD治疗的直肠类癌患者,均取得了较好的疗效,提示ESD有助于直肠类癌的术前诊断及浸润深度判断,且安全、有效。

With the development of new diagnosis and treatment technologies, endoscopic submucosal dissection（ESD） combined with endoscopic ultrasonography has been gradually applied in clinical diagnosis and treatment of rectal carcinoid tumors. In this paper, authors systematically reviewed patients who were diagnosed as rectal carcinoid tumors, and accepted endoscopic ultrasonography and ESD within one year. They all achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects, which hint that ESD contributes to preoperative diagnosis and infiltration depth estimation of rectal carcinoid tumor.
