兰州市绿色交通发展模式研究

“十三五”期间，“绿色交通”将继续为我国交通运输发展发挥引领作用，也将成为城市交通运输发展的核心理念。兰州市城市规模适中，市区狭窄，地势较为平坦，交通运输发展具有地域性特点。本文根据兰州市的城市特征，在体制机制建设、坚持政府引导、企业为主体的推进方式、鼓励科技创新和加强技术支撑等方面建立并固化城市绿色交通发展模式，探索城市交通运输的可持续发展道路。

Green transportation will continue to play a leading role of transportation development in China during the 13th Five-Year plan, and will be the core concept of urban transportation development. The scale of Lanzhou city is moderate, narrow and flat in urban area. Urban transportation has its own regional characteristics. According to the city＇s own situation of development, this paper constructs the development mode of green transportation, seeks a road of sustainable development in urban transportation.
