摘要
以2012年东莞图书馆少儿分馆"公共图书馆为读写困难儿童服务"研究项目的实践为基础,介绍项目产生的背景及整体策划,从广泛收集资料、进行多渠道宣传,组织专业培训、提高馆员素养,制定测评量表、筛选目标儿童,确定培训教师、组建培训团队,开展主题活动、组织读写训练课程,进行反馈调查、评估服务效果六个方面详细分析具体实施过程,并对我国公共图书馆进一步开展读写困难症群体服务做出思考,认为应该制定服务指南与规范,加大服务宣传力度,延伸服务至家庭与学校,组织多种形式的服务,开展多方合作交流,开展服务效果评估。
This paper introduces the whole process of the project about the services for dyslexia in Dongguan Children's Library, including the background information, overall planning and specific implementation from six aspects: information collection and mulita-channel publicity; professional training and quality improvement; assessment scale construction and target children selection; establishment of training team; theme activities and literacy training courses; feedback survey and service assessment. Reflections have been made on the further development of the services, for instance, institution of regulations, extending the services to families and schools, various forms of services and multilateral cooperation.
