Strategies for Enhancing the Core Competence of Academic Libraries in China in the MOOCs Environment

简介"慕课"的产生和发展,总结图书馆的核心竞争力,分析"慕课"与我国高校图书馆的关系,指出"慕课"新颖的学习特点和服务方式在资源、服务和管理三个方面给高校图书馆带来的冲击,并从基于"慕课"内容的特色化信息资源建设、基于"慕课"特点的信息化服务建设、基于"慕课"环境的人力资源建设、基于"慕课"理念的信息素养教育四个方面提出"慕课"环境下高校图书馆提升核心竞争力的策略。

This paper analyzes the relationship between MOOCs and academic libraries,gives a brief introduction to the emergence and development of MOOCs and summarizes the core competence of academic libraries. The novel learning features and services of MOOCs affect the academic library from such aspects as resource, service and management. Strategies have been made to improve the core competence of academic libraries in terms of the construction of information resources based on the distinctive content of MOOCs, the construction of information service based on the features of MOOCs, the construction of human resources in the MOOCs environment and information literacy education based on the concept of MOOCs.
