超声在预测乳腺癌新辅助化疗后病理完全缓解中的应用价值

Application Value of Ultrasonography in Prediction of Pathological Complete Response of Breast Cancer after Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy

目的:探讨超声在预测乳腺癌新辅助化疗后病理完全缓解中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析21例经手术证实病理完全缓解的乳腺癌患者的临床资料及超声图像,观察病灶的大小、形态、边界、内部回声及血流分布情况的变化。结果:超声预测病理完全缓解12例。结论:超声在预测乳腺癌新辅助化疗后是否病理完全缓解中有重要作用。

Objective：To explore the application value of ultrasonography in prediction of pathological complete response in breast cancer patients underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Method：The ultrasonographic images and clinical data of 21 cases of patients with pathologic complete response were reviewed.The focal size,shape,border,internal echo and blood flow distribution were observed.Result：Ultrasonography predicted 12 cases of pathological complete response.Conclusion：Ultrasonography plays an important role in prediction of pathological complete response in breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
