益肾安胎汤联合黄体酮胶丸治疗先兆流产的效果观察

Clinical Observation of Yishenantai Decoction Combined with Progesterone Capsule in Treatment of Threatened Abortion

目的:观察益肾安胎汤联合黄体酮胶丸治疗先兆流产的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2013年1-12月收治的先兆流产患者100例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组给予益肾安胎汤联合黄体酮胶丸治疗,对照组仅给予黄体酮胶丸。7 d为一疗程,两组均治疗2个疗程,分别观察患者腹痛、阴道出血情况,检测其血清孕酮和β-h CG数值变化,B超观察患者孕囊大小、胚芽和有无胎心搏动以判断治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为90%,明显高于对照组的70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾安胎汤联合黄体酮胶丸治疗先兆流产效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yishenantai decoction combined with Progesterone capsule in treatment of threatened abortion.Method：One hundred patients with threatened abortion admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,50 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with the Yishenantai decoction combined with Progesterone capsule,while the control group was only treated with Progesterone capsule.Seven days as a treatment course,after two treatment courses,the symptoms of bellyache and colporrhagia were observed,the serum progesterone and β-human chorionic gonadotropin（β-h CG） were measured,and the size of pregnancy sac,embryo and embryocardia-beats were observed through B-scan ultrasonography in both of the two groups in order to judge the treatment effect.Result：The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than 70% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yishenantai decoction combined with Progesterone capsule has a remarkable curative effect in treatment of threatened abortion.Therefore,this treatment is worthy of promotion.
