摘要
采用刚果红鉴别培养基,从倒伏或被砍伐的香蕉株附近的腐质土样中,通过筛选得到一株产纤维素酶活力高且稳定性良好的菌株A2,镜检初步断定菌株A2为真菌,确定最佳产酶条件为培养基初始pH 5.5,蛋白胨含量0.60%,碳源含量2.40%,此时滤纸片酶活法(FPA)测定酶活力最大为2.069IU/g。
