胡椒酸乙酯合成工艺研究

以胡椒酸为原料,加热回流制备胡椒酸乙酯,以胡椒酸乙酯产率为评价指标,采用单因素和正交试验法对合成工艺条件进行优化。胡椒酸乙酯的最佳合成工艺条件为:对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,催化剂用量0.15g,回流反应时间6.0h,反应温度95℃,产率可达80%以上。制备胡椒酸乙酯工艺简单可行,稳定性好。
