“这场联姻中是否有真爱?”——《中英电影合拍协议》以及针对双方电影合拍机制的研究报告

摘要
随着中国文化创意产业的发展,近两年来,中英之间的文化交流越来越多。2014年4月23日,中英双方政府代表在北京签订了《中英电影合拍协议》,一年后协议正式生效。在协议签订后一年的时间里,双方的合作似乎还停留在项目洽谈的阶段。各界媒体也纷纷就中英电影的"联姻"提出了不同的看法。本文也将对合拍协议是否有效地促进了中英电影产业之间的合作进行分析。
