Discussion on Material Basis and Scientific Connotation of Spleen Governing Transportation and Transformation from the Aspect of Brain-gut Interaction

基于经典中医理论及现有科学研究发现,脑肠互动学说与"脾主运化"理论存在广泛且深刻的联系。试从脾主运化的理论内涵、脾主运化的表现形式、脑肠互动与脾主运化的内在联系以及健脾类方药对脑肠互动的干预作用等角度进行探讨,以揭示"脾主运化"的物质基础与科学内涵。

Based on classical Chinese medicine theory and available scientific findings,the authors think that there is extensive and deep connection between brain-gut interaction theory and ＂spleen governing transportation and transformation＂theory. This paper reveals the material basis and scientific connotation of ＂spleen governing transportation and transformation＂from the aspects of theoretical connotation and pattern of manifestation of spleen governing transportation and transformation,inherent relationship between brain-gut interaction and spleen governing transportation and transformation,as well as intervention effect of herbs and prescriptions of strengthening spleen on brain-gut interaction,etc.
