YU Yingao's Experience in Diagnosing and Treating Acute and Chronic Kidney Diseases

介绍余瀛鳌辨治急慢性肾病经验。认为急性肾炎治重肺、肾,可归属为"风水"辨治,并根据临床症状、病程进展拟定风水三方;慢性肾炎、慢性肾功能不全、肾病综合征等多种慢性肾病治重脾、肾,病机为脾肾虚衰、湿浊内留,治疗当益肾健脾、利水泄浊,自拟益肾化浊汤治疗。

This article introduces YU Yingao＇ s experience in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic kidney diseases. Prof. YU holds that,treating acute kidney diseases focuses on lung and kidney,which belong to Chinese medicine wind-water diagnosis and treatment. Based on clinical symptoms and disease progression,Prof. YU offers three wind-water formulas. As for the numerous chronic kidney diseases,the treatment focuses on spleen and kidney,and the pathogenesis consist of spleen and kidney deficiency,as well as damp turbidity indwelling inside. Thus,the treatment principles include tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen,as well as inducing diuresis and expelling turbidity. He uses Yishen Huazhuo Decoction（ 益肾化浊汤） to treat such patients.
