Data Mining of Medication Rules by Professor LIU Shangyi in the Treatment of Menstrual Disorders

目的采用数据挖掘技术对国医大师刘尚义治疗月经不调的用药规律进行分析。方法收集2014年1-11月就诊于刘尚义国医堂门诊的月经不调患者147例,采集患者临床资料及处方用药信息,采用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)统计药物使用频次,并采用关联规则、熵聚类、复杂系统熵聚类分析药物组合和方剂组方规律。结果 147例患者共使用中药137种。使用频次前5位的药物依次为川芎(113)、当归(104)、郁金(81)、莪术(76)、佛手(73);药物组合依次为当归、川芎(96),佛手、郁金(73),川芎、郁金(70),川芎、莪术(67),当归、郁金(65)。基于改进的互信息法的药物间关联度前5位依次为莪术、法半夏(0.0359),郁金、生地黄(0.0352),郁金、泽兰(0.0332),川芎、泽兰(0.0326),川芎、茜草(0.0326);基于复杂系统熵聚类的药物核心组合共计18组,主要有莪术、川芎、刘寄奴,黄芩、法半夏、槟榔,菟丝子、皂角刺、白芥子,川芎、当归、益母草,郁金、黄柏、佛手。结论刘尚义治疗月经不调善用阳药,重在调肝,在活血补血、滋养肝肾的基础上常辅以理气、祛湿、化痰等法。

Objective To analyze the medication rules by national traditional Chinese medicine master Prof. LIU Shangyi in the treatment of menstrual disorders adopting data mining technology. Methods Records of 147 patients with menstrual disorders who visited Prof. LIU Shangyi in Guo Yi Tang Clinic from January to November,2014 were collected. Patients＇ clinical data and prescription（ herbs） information were extracted. Herbs used frequencies were counted with Auxiliary System of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance（ V2. 5）. Herb combinations and prescription rules were analyzed with association rules,entropy clustering and complex system entropy clustering. Results One hundred and forty-seven patients were given 137 herbs totally. Top 5 frequent used herbs were,in order,Chuanxiong（ Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,川芎）（ 113）,Danggui（ Radix Angelicae Sinensis,当归）（ 104）,Yujin（ Radix Curcumae,郁金）（ 81）,Ezhu（ Rhizoma Curcumae,莪术）（ 76） and Foshou（ Citrus Chirocarpus,佛手）（ 73）,and herbs combinations were,in order,Danggui-Chuanxiong（ 96）,Foshou-Yujin（ 73）,Chuanxiong-Yujin（ 70）,Chuanxiong-Ezhu（ 67） and Danggui-Yujin（ 65）. Top 5 correlations between herbs based on modified mutual information method were,in order,Ezhu-Fabanxia（ Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum,法半夏）（ 0. 0359）,YujinShengdihuang（ Radix Rehamnniae,生地黄）（ 0. 0352）,Yujin-Zelan（ Herba Lycopi,泽兰）（ 0. 0332）,ChuanxiongZelan（ 0. 0326） and Chuanxiong-Qiancao（ Radix Rubiae,茜草）（ 0. 0326）. There were 18 herb core combinations in total based on complex system entropy clustering,mainly including Ezhu,Chuanxiong,Liujinu（ Artemisia anomala,刘寄奴）,Huangqin（ Radix Scutellariae,黄芩）,Fabanxia,Binlang（ Semen Arecae,槟榔）,Tusizi（ Semen Cuscutae,菟丝子）,Zaojiaoci（ Spina Gleditsiae,皂角刺）,Baijiezi（ Semen Brassicae,白芥子）,Danggui,Yimucao（ Herba Leonuri,益母草）,Yujin,Huangbai（ Cortex Phellodendri,黄柏） and Foshou. Conclusion Prof. LIU Shangyi is good at using herbs of Yang and emphasizes regulating the liver when treating menstrual disorders. In addition to promoting blood circulation,replenishing blood,as well as nourishing liver and kidney,methods of regulating Qiflowing,eliminating dampness,dissipating phlegm,etc. are combined usually.
