国防改革背景下的军校图书馆转型问题初探——以海军工程大学勤务学院图书馆为例

A Study on Transformation of Military Academy Library under Defense Reform Background——Taking the Library of College of Service,Naval University of Engineering as the Example

为了适应我国国防改革的需要,大力提高军事教育训练实战化水平,军校图书馆应找准问题,勇于转型。本文以海军工程大学勤务学院图书馆为例,通过分析图书馆面临的困境,指出图书馆转型的方向,提出具体的转型实施办法,以推进军队院校图书馆的全面建设与发展。

In order to adapt to the needs of Chinese national defense reform,and vigorously improve the level of military education training combat,military academy library should find out the problems,and transform.Taking the Library of College of Service,Naval University of Engineering as an example,and by analyzing the difficulties faced by libraries,this paper points out the direction of the library transformation,puts forward specific measures for implementation of transformation,in order to promote the military academy library construction and development in an all-round way.
