Analysis and Development Strategy of the Construction of "Maritime Silk Road" Literature Resources

"21世纪海上丝绸之路"建设是我国重要的国家发展战略。在此背景下,无论政府部门还是学界都需要大量与"海上丝绸之路"相关的文献信息作为决策和学术研究的参考依据。目前,我国部分"海上丝绸之路"相关省份和城市的高校、科研机构和公共图书馆等"海上丝绸之路"文献资源建设已经取得了一定成果,但整体依然存在不少问题和不足。未来我国图书馆应该从争取上级领导部门重视、注重"海上丝绸之路"文献资源宣传推广、建设和培养专业人才队伍和设立专门协调机构,促进文献的共建共享等4方面加强"海上丝绸之路"文献资源建设,积极服务和融入国家重大发展战略。

Construction of the ＂ Maritime Silk Road of the 21 st Century＂ is an important national development strategy.In this context,both the government and academia need a lot of Marine Silk Road relevant documents and information as reference for decision making and academic research.At present,the part of our country Marine Silk Road relevant provinces and the cities＇ universities,research institutions and public libraries＇ Marine Silk Road literature resource construction has achieved some achievements,but overall,there are still many problems and shortcomings.In the future,libraries should strive for higher authorities to pay attention,focus on Marine Silk Road literature resources promotion,construction and training of professional personnel and the establishment of specialized coordination agencies to promote the sharing of literature to strengthen the Marine Silk Road literature resource construction.
