摘要
河北承德高山植物应用技术有限责任公司的沙棘生产废水处理工程采用"曝气调节水解酸化池+流离生物反应器+三相流化床"处理工艺,介绍了工艺特点,并对该工程运行后的环境效益和运行成本进行了分析。运行结果表明,系统出水的COD、SS和BOD5浓度分别为42、8和8.5 mg/L,满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。
The seabuckthorn wastewater treatment project for Chengde Gaoshan Plant Application Technology Co. Ltd. in Hebei Province adopts the combined process of aeration equalization hydrolysis a- cidification tank, flow separate bed bioreactor and three-phase fluidized bed. The characteristic of the combined process were introduced, and the environmental benefits and technology popularization signifi- cance of the project were analyzed. The operation results showed that the concentrations of COD, SS and BOD5 in the effluent were 42 mg/L, 8 mg/L and 8.5 mg/L respectively, which could meet the first class A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002).
