摘要
试验研究了如何将VC细化剂粉末充分、快速加入铝液中细化铝晶粒。结果表明,通过添加助熔剂的方法能让VC细化剂粉末充分、快速地进入铝液中;将氟铝酸钾和铝粉混合粉末与VC粉末或者铝粉、钛粉和氟铝酸钾混合粉末与VC粉末一起压制成预制块,将其预制块分别加入铝熔体,都能使VC更好的分散于铝液中,作为形核的异质核心,达到细化铝晶粒的目的。
The experiment was carried out on how to rapidly and completely mix VC refiner powders disperse into the liquid aluminum to refine aluminum grains. The results show that adding flux can make VC refiner powders disperse into the liquid aluminum efficiently.Made either by VC powders with Al and KAl F_4 or by Al,Ti and KAl F_4 powders,prefabricated blocks are put into aluminum melt,improving dispersion of VC in aluminum liquid,to refine the grain structure of aluminum as heterogeneous nucleation cores.
