房颤与慢性肾脏疾病
摘要
心房颤动(房颤)是人群中最常见的心律失常。在合并肾脏疾病的患者中房颤的发病率很高。房颤已经成为肾脏疾病最常见的心律失常。本文对慢性肾脏疾病和终末期肾脏病的房颤发病情况、可能的机制、预后以及该类人群治疗的建议作一综述。
