摘要
社保业务档案是"记录一生、服务一生、保障一生"的重要载体,社保业务档案管理是社保经办服务的基础性工作,在社保经办服务中具有非常重要的作用。因此,随着社会保险制度的不断完善,要求社保业务档案管理工作更加规范化。目前,社会保险业务不断扩大,内容日益增多,对从事档案工作的主体的要求也越来越高。加强档案管理人员队伍素质不仅需要极高的职业素养,同时也要有优良的队伍比例结构和扎实的专业知识技能,本文将从这几个方面进行论述。
