摘要
目的探究PDCA管理循环在医院药事管理中的应用效果。方法将2010年1月～2015年12月的药事管理工作分成两个阶段,2010年1月～2013年6月实施传统药事管理法,2013年7月～2015年12月实施PDCA管理循环法进行药事管理,对比两阶段患者的具体管理效果。结果实施前药事管理质量审核总分为（73.52±3.26）分,实施后药事管理质量审核总分为（91.36±4.25）分,组间数据存在统计学意义,P〈0.05。实施前不良事件例数为（58.62±2.57）例,患者满意度评分为（70.62±2.34）分。实施后药学不良事件例数为（12.34±0.36）例,患者满意度评分为（85.62±2.11）分。组间数据的差异存在统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论将PDCA管理循环法应用在医院药事管理工作中,能够全面提升管理水准。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation management in the management of hospital pharmacy. Methods From January 2010 to December 2015, we divided pharmaceutical affairs management into two stages, from January 2010 to June 2013, we implementated traditional pharmaceutical affairs management, from July 2013 to December 2015, we implementated pharmaceutical affairs management based on the PDCA management cycle method and compared two stages of the patient＇s specific management effect. Results Before the implementation of pharmaceutical affairs management, quality audit score was（73.52±3.26） points, after the implementation of quality management of pharmaceutical affairs, audit score was（91.36±4.25） points, there was statistical significance between groups, P〈0.05. Adverse events before carrying out the number of cases was（58.62±2.57）,（70.62±2.34） for patient satisfaction score points. After implementation of pharmaceutical adverse events occuring for（12.34±0.36）,（85.62±2.11） for patient satisfaction score points. There was statistical significance between groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion PDCA management cycle method applicated in hospital pharmacy management can enhance the management level.
