无张力疝修补术治疗疝气的临床探析

Clinical Analysis of Tension-free Hernioplasty for Hernia Treatment

目的探析无张力疝修补术治疗疝气的效果。方法选取2015年1～12月疝气患者43例,按治疗方法不同分组。20例实施传统手术,作为对照组;23例实施无张力疝修补术,作为研究组。组间进行比较。结果两组中研究组手术及住院指标优,并发症发生率及复发率低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论无张力疝修补术对疝气治疗效果较好。

Objective To study tension-free hernioplasty for hernia treatment effect. Methods 43 patients with hernia who were treated in hospital from January to December 2015 were chosen and separate them into two groups at random,20 patients in control group were given conventional surgical treatment,while another 23 patients in study group are given tension-free hernioplasty treatment,and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results In the two groups,the study group was superior to surgery and hospitalization,the incidence of complications and recurrence rate was low,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tension-free hernia repair for hernia treatment effect is better.
