超声乳化吸除与房角分离术在白内障伴急性原发闭角型青光眼患者治疗中的临床观察

Ultrasonic Emulsification Gettering and Corner Separation Technique in the Treatment of Patients With Acute Primary AngleClosure Glaucoma and Cataract

目的分析超声乳化吸除与房角分离术在白内障伴急性原发闭角型青光眼患者中的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2014年4月～2015年4月收治的白内障伴急性原发闭角型青光眼患者52例（52只眼）,对其临床治疗资料进行回顾性探讨,于1月后进行随访,对所有患者分术前和术后的情况进行对比。结果术前患者眼压平均为（24.6±4.3）mm Hg,术后1个月的眼压平均为（16.2±1.1）mm Hg;患者术前中央前房深度平均为（1.68±0.08）mm,术后1个月随访结果平均为（3.05±0.2）mm,P〈0.05,两组数据的对比差异有统计学意义。结论对白内障伴急性原发闭角型青光眼患者采取超声乳化吸除与房角分离术的方式进行治疗,可改善患者的视力情况。

Objective To analyze curative effect of ultrasonic emulsification gettering and corner separation technique in the treatment of patients with acute primary angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract. Methods From April 2014 to April 2015,52 cases（52 eyes） of patients with acute primary angle-closure glaucoma with cataract in our hospital were selected,to discuss the clinical data retrospectively. After 1 month,all patients were compared before and after the operation in the process of follow-up. Results Preoperatively average intraocular pressure of patients was（24.6±4.3）mm Hg. After 1 month,the average intraocular pressure was（16.2±1.1） mm Hg,Patients with preoperatively average central anterior chamber depth was（1.68±0.08） mm,after 1 month the result of follow-up about postoperatively average central anterior chamber depth was（3.05±0.2） mm,P〈0.05,there were statistically significant difference about the data of two groups. Conclusion Application of ultrasonic emulsification gettering and corner separation for the treatment of patients with acute primary angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract has the effect on the improvement of patient＇s vision.
