摘要
目的观察吉妮宫内节育器(IUD)的临床应用价值。方法随机将148例使用宫内节育器的女性平均分为两组,观察组使用吉妮型IUD,对照组使用活性γ型IUD,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组有效避孕率(94.59%)、不良反应率(9.46%)等优于对照组(78.38%;18.92%)(P<0.05)。结论吉妮宫内节育器有效避孕率高,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the value of the gynefix IUD. Methods We divided 148 cases into two groups, observation group used gynefix IUD, and control group used active γ-type IUD, compared the clinical effect of two groups. Results The effective rate（94.59%）and adverse reaction rate（9.46%）of observation group were significantly better than control group（78.38%;18.92%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effective contraceptive rate of gynefix IUD is high, safe and reliable.
