摘要
目的探讨DAMON-Q自锁托槽在矫治牙列拥挤中的治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的36例牙列拥挤患者,按矫治方法的不同分为传统结扎组和自锁托槽组,每组各18例,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果自锁托槽组总有效率为94.44%,高于传统结扎组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DAMON-Q自锁托槽矫治牙列拥挤临床疗效确切。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of DAMON-Q self-locking braces for correcting tooth column crowded. Methods According to the correct method,36 cases of patients with tooth column crowded in our hospital were selected and were divided into traditional ligation group and self-locking braces group,18 cases in each group,to compare the clinically therapeutic effect of two groups. Results Total effective rate of self-locking braces group was 94.44%,which was higher than 77.78% in traditional ligation group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of DAMON-Q self-locking braces for correcting tooth column crowded has significantly,clinically curative effects.
