摘要
目的评价股骨远端粉碎性骨折应用锁定钛板联合植骨手术治疗的临床效果。方法将92例股骨远端粉碎性骨折患者随机分为两组,对照组46例给予A0解剖钢板联合植骨手术,观察组46例采取锁定钛板联合植骨手术治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论股骨远端粉碎性骨折患者给予锁定钛板联合植骨手术治疗疗效较好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of locking titanium plate combined with bone graft in the treatment of distal femur comminuted fracture. Methods 92 cases of distal femur comminuted fracture were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in the control group were treated with A0 anatomical plate combined with bone graft surgery,the observation group of 46 cases were treated with locking titanium plate combined with bone graft surgery. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of locking titanium plate combined with bone graft in the treatment of comminuted fracture of distal femur is better.
