盐酸丙卡特罗联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎的效果研究

Study on the Curative Effect of Procaterol Hydrochloride Combined With Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Children With Pneumonia

目的研究盐酸丙卡特罗联合盐酸氨溴索对小儿肺炎的治疗效果。方法研究我院在2015年1月～2015年12月收治的小儿肺炎患者,共计51例,按数字法将其分组。24例接受常规疗法,作为对照组;27例联合使用盐酸丙卡特罗与盐酸氨溴索,作为观察组。对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组止咳和退热时间短于对照组,肺湿罗音消失所需时间短于对照组,治疗有效率比对照组高,不良反应率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论盐酸丙卡特罗与盐酸氨溴索联合治疗小儿肺炎,可取得满意效果。

Objective Effect of Procaterol hydrochloride combined with Ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of children patients with pneumonia is to be studied. Methods Chose 51 children patients with pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 and separated them into two groups according to digits, 24 patients in control group were given conventional treatment, while another 27 patients in study group were given Procaterol hydrochloride combined with Ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment, and then compared effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ cough and fever abatement time and lung rales disappeared time in study group were shorter than counterparts in control group. And treatment efficacy was much higher but side-effect incidence was lower in study group compared to those in control group, there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Procaterol hydrochloride combined with Ambroxol hydrochloride is quite effective in treatment of children patients with pneumonia.
