摘要
目的探讨二甲双胍联合格列齐特治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选择64例老年2型糖尿病患者作为本次研究对象,32例为对照组,采用二甲双胍治疗,32例作为观察组,给予二甲双胍联合格列齐特治疗。结果对照组和观察组治疗前FBG、PBG、Hb Alc指标的差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组各指标优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗有效率分别为71.9%和93.8%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病患者采用二甲双胍联合格列齐特治疗患者血糖可得到有效控制,治疗有效率高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metformin and gliclazide in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 64 cases of elderly type 2 diabetic patients were choose as the object of study, 32 cases in the control group and received metformin treatment, 32 cases in the observation group received metformin combined with gliclazide treatment. Results Before treatment, the difference of FBG, PBG, Hb Alc in the control group and the observation group were no statistically significant. After treatment, two groups of treatment effectiveness were 71.9% and 93.8% respectively, the indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）, the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Elderly patients with type 2 diabetes using metformin and gliclazide in the treatment of patients with blood sugar can be effectively controlled, effective treatment rate is high.
