摘要
目的观察左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退综合征的效果。方法随机将84例老年甲状腺功能减退综合征患者平均分为两组。对照组行甲状腺片治疗,观察组行左甲状腺素钠治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率、不良反应发生率等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退综合征效果理想。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of elderly hypothyroidism. Methods 84 cases of patients were divided into two groups, control group was treated with thyroid Tablets, and observation group was treated with levothyroxine, to compare the curative effect of two groups. Results After treatment, the total rate of efficiency and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of elderly hypothyroidism syndrome has an ideal effect.
