甲硝唑与克林霉素联合治疗细菌性阴道炎的效果观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Metronidazole Combined With Clindamycin in the Treatment of Patients With Bacterial Vaginitis

目的探究采用甲硝唑和克林霉素联合治疗细菌性阴道炎的效果。方法选取2014年9月～2015年11月收治的76例细菌性阴道炎患者进行治疗研究,随机分组,实验组40例患者采用甲硝唑和克林霉素综合治疗,对照组36例患者采用甲硝唑治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果实验组患者治疗的总有效率为92.5%,复发率为5.0%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为80.56%,复发率16.7%。实验组患者的治疗效果优于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用甲硝唑和克林霉素联合治疗细菌性阴道炎,效果显著,安全性较高,且很少出现不良反应,明显缓解身体不适的症状。

Objective Effect of Metronidazole combined with Clindamycin in treatment of bacterial vaginitis is to be studied. Methods Chose 76 patients with bacterial vaginitis who were treated in hospital from September 2014 to November 2015 and separated them into two groups at random. 40 patients in study group were given Metronidazole combined with Clindamycin treatment, while another 36 patients in control group are given Metronidazole treatment only, and then compared treatment effects and side-effect incidence between two groups. Results Patients＇ treatment efficacy and illness reoccurrence incidence in study group were 92.5% and 5.0% respectively, thus, patients＇ treatment efficacy was higher and illness reoccurrence was much lower than counterparts of 80.56% and 16.7% in control group,there was a differential between two groups（P〈0.05）. ConclusionMetronidazole combined with Clindamycin is quite effective and safe in treatment of bacterial vaginitis with few side-effects.
