直肠与阴道放置米索前列醇片在绝经妇女取环术中的应用比较

The Application Comparison of Misoprostol Tablets Placed in Rectum and Vagina in Operation of Drawing IUD in Menopausal Women

目的研究直肠或阴道放置米索前列醇片对绝经妇女取环术的临床影响。方法选取来我院行取环术的150例绝经妇女进行研究,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者在阴道放置米索前列醇片,实验组患者于直肠放置米索前列醇片,比较两组患者临床效果。结果对照组患者的疼痛率、手术时间均高于实验组,宫颈软化程度、取环术成功率均低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经妇女行取环术前在直肠放置米索前列醇片效果优于阴道给药,可提高取环术成功率。

Objective To study the clinical influence of application of the ring operation in postmenopausal women by misoprostol tablets placed in the rectum and vagina. Methods To selected 150 cases of menopausal female for studying at our hospital,to randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The control group was replaced the misoprostol tablets in the vagina,and the treatment group was replaced the misoprostol tablets in the rectum. To compared the clinical effect of them. Results The pain ratios and time of operation of the control group were higher than the treatment group,the softening degree of cervix uteri and the success rate of operation of drawing iud were lower than the treatment group,to compared the sputum negative rate,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the application of the ring operation in postmenopausal women by misoprostol tablets placed in the rectum was significantly better than the dose in vagina,able to significantly improve the success rate of operation of drawing iud.
