通窍胶囊配合激素治疗急性分泌性中耳炎临床疗效探究

Clinical Research on Tongqiao Capsule Combined With Hormone in the Treatment of Acute Secretory Otitis Media

目的通窍胶囊配合激素治疗急性分泌性中耳炎临床效果。方法取2015年2月～2016年2月我院收治的急性分泌性中耳炎患者62例,分为两组,对照组采用激素治疗,研究采用通窍胶囊配合激素治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后测听结果下降程度、临床总有效率等均优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论通窍胶囊配合激素治疗急性分泌性中耳炎临床效果显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Tongqiao capsule combined with hormone in the treatment of acute secretory otitis media. Methods From February 2015 to February 2016,62 cases of patients with acute secretory otitis media in our hospital were divided into two groups,control group was treated with hormone therapy,study group was treated with Tongqiao capsule combined with hormone therapy,to analyze the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results After treatment,the degree of listening decline and the total effective rate of study group were better than those of the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion Tongqiao capsule combined with hormone in the treatment of acute secretory otitis media has significantly clinical effect.
