摘要
目的分析加味炙甘草汤对室性早搏的治疗疗效。方法选取2015年1月～2016年1月室性早搏患者78例进行研究,按抽签法将78例分成对照组与研究组。接受西药治疗入对照组,共39例;接受加味炙甘草汤治疗入研究组,共39例。对两组的治疗有效率进行比较。结果两组中研究组有效率较高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论室性早搏采用加味炙甘草汤治疗,疗效较好。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of modified Zhigancao decoction（a kind of traditional Chinese medicine）in the treatment of premature ventricular contraction. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016,78 cases of patients with premature ventricular contraction in our hospital were divided into control group and study group by drawing lots,39 patients in control group were given western medication treatment,while another 39 patients in study group were given modified Zhigancao decoction treatment,and then compared curative effects between two groups. Results The effective rate of study group was much higher than that of control group,there was statistically significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Zhigancao（a kind of traditional Chinese medicine） decoction in the treatment of premature ventricular contraction has significant effects.
