离心后血清放置时间对血糖的影响

Effect of the Time of the Serum After Centrifugation on Blood Glucose

目的探讨离心处理后血清的放置时间对血糖检验结果的影响。方法按照随机抽样法将我院接待的健康体检者100例进行研究,纳入研究的对象自愿配合本次研究,均抽取晨空腹静脉血后装于真空采血管Ⅰ与Ⅱ中,其中Ⅰ管离心处理,Ⅱ管离心处理后提取出血清,严格按照常规生化检验操作执行,离心后分别在1 h、2 h、4h、6 h时进行血糖测定,比较放置不同时间点血糖测定结果。结果Ⅰ管与Ⅱ管在1 h、2 h、4 h、6h时测定血糖值比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但同时间点Ⅰ管要稍低,但是Ⅰ管在4 h、6 h时血糖测定值要低于1 h测定值(P<0.05)。结论为了确保体检时血糖准确,建议临床测定时用新鲜标本,同时尽量分离出血清,及时进行测定。

Objective To investigate the effect of the time of serum after centrifugation on the blood glucose test results. Methods The random sampling method in our hospital received 100 cases of healthy people were studied,with the voluntary inclusion of the object of this research study,fasting blood samples were taken after morning mounted on the vacuum blood Ⅰ and Ⅱ,in which the tubes were centrifuged Ⅰ processing,Ⅱ tube after centrifugation process to extract serum,in strict accordance with conventional biochemical test operation is performed,respectively,after centrifugation at 1,2,4,6 h blood glucose measurement,to compare the blood glucose results placing at different time points. Results There were no statistically significant difference aboutⅠ Ⅱ pipe and tube 1,2,4,6 h measured blood glucose level（P〈0.05）,but at the same time Ⅰ tube to be slightly lower,but Ⅰ tube blood glucose value at 4,6 h significantly lower than the measured value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion To ensure the accurate blood glucose,Fresh specimens for clinical examination,isolating the serum to maximum,make a timely measurement.
