摘要
目的研究高频超声联合红外线乳腺诊断仪对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法选择我院接收的70例乳腺肿块患者作为研究对象,应用数字随机分组的方法,将其平均分作两组,A组35例,B组35例,A组患者采取单纯的高频超声诊断,B组应用高频超声与红外线乳腺诊断仪联合诊断,分析比较两组患者的诊断效果。结果 A组检出率为77.14%;B组检出率为97.14%,A组检出率低于B组,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频超声与红外线诊断仪联合诊断乳腺肿块,能全面反映患者肿块区域及形态大小,提高疾病检出率,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound combined with infrared mammary gland diagnostic instrument for breast masses. Methods We received 70 cases with breast masses as the research object, using randomly grouping method divided into group A(35 cases) and B group(35 cases). Patients in group A were taken simple high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis and group B were taken high frequency ultrasound and infrared mammary gland diagnostic apparatus combined diagnosis, compared two groups of patients with the diagnosis analysis. Results The diagnosis rate of A group was 77.14%; the diagnosis rate of B group was 94.28%, and the diagnosis rate of group B was lower than that of group A, and the comparison was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion High frequency ultrasound combined with infrared diagnosis of breast lumps, can fully reflect the patient's tumor size and shape, has high application value.
